Grilled Tenderlion Steak Quesadilla

Grill some Tenderloin steak to about medium-rare.

Along with it grill large chunks of red peppers, onions and mushrooms coated with olive oil and salt & pepper to taste until the edges are crispy black.

After cooking cut everything into small pieces. Combine the meat with the vegetables and quickly stir fry for two or 3 minutes with a little butter or olive oil.

The meat will finish cooking and still be moist.

Prepare the tortillas then fill them with the meat, peppers, onions, mushrooms and a generous amount of Sisters Salsa add cheese, lettuce and sour cream to taste and they are ready to serve.
