Ingredients:
- Standard 12 inch pizza crust
- 1-lb. hamburger
- 1- pkg. Taco Seasoning mix
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. taco cheese
- Sour cream and lettuce set aside
(if desired) - 1/4 cup sliced Jalapeno peppers
(amount varies with taste) - 1/2 cup of your favorite Sisters Salsa
Prepare the crust on a pizza pan. Brown the ground beef, drain, add the taco seasoning mix and 2/3 cup water and simmer for 2 to 4 minutes. Spread the beef mixture on the pizza crust, cover with most of the cheese saving just a little to sprinkle on the pizza later. Spread your salsa mix and jalapeno peppers (if desired) over the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the pizza. Bake at 400° degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Watch closely and remove if it starts to burn. Serve with sour cream and a bit of lettuce on the side if desired. It’s Great!
